Agree. Charlie Schwendler has a stellar reputation. Never saw any complaints posted, have seen many reports raving about his excellent work. Supposedly tests everything he rebuilds on his flathead engine before shipping back to customer.

Jay, Charlie does test the carburetors on a flathead engine. You can see it in the background of the photo when we visited his shop. He's done 3 for me with zero issues.
