How do I adjust the Brakes ? I climbed under the car and find that there is a sliding yoke on the end of the brake shaft from the pedal with a clevis pin. the brake pedal just slides back and forth with no way to lock it down. Are there any written instructions ? Thanks so much for any help.

The rod with the oblong hole is for the parking brake. At rest the clevis pin through the hole should be 1/8" from the end of the oblong hole. When depressing just the brake pedal the clevis pin should just slide back and forth in the oblong hole.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. The previous owner must have assembled it backward, the slider is on the foot pedal.
