What are tricks or method to replace the Dove Tails in the B Pillar of a 1940 Ford Coupe? Thanks for any info - V8JR

I use a screw driver to remove the old ones. Put the screw driver at the front edge if the dove tail and push backwards and down. The dove tail will fall out as they are spring loaded. To put in the new ones install the spring and put the dovetail with the spring in the rear of the pocket of the jamb. Just push backwards and upwards and it will pop in
