Have two different heads. Both came off same engine. One has shallow combustion chamber other has deeper chamber. Which one should be used for flat head pistons.

Just an opinion, I believe that the flat top pistons can be used with either head. Domed pistons would need the deeper combustion head. However, 40 coupe's recommendation can give you the whole story.
