I have a 47 pickup I bought out of a quonset hut , had been setting for 40 years , great shape but I can't find many parts for the 6 cylinders . Need both radiator hoses It had a radiator out of a 56 Chevy so I don't have any old hoses to use as a guide to find hoses at the auto parts . Has anyone found a supplier that has parts for the 6 cylinders ? All of the usual ones only have v 8 parts . Stan

try Joblot Automotive in Queens NY. use ribbed universal hose for your connections to radiator. I have a 48 6 cyl radiator with a brand new core but dont know if it will fit your 47-its a totally different truck except the frame.

Thanks for your info , I have since found a supplier in Deposit NY , S&S Antique Truck Parts that has been very helpful has 30-56 Ford truck parts . I found them in Hemmings . supplied me with many parts that no one else had .
